Homebrew is an AI-powered health assistant that helps you track symptoms, generate health summaries, and maintain a personal health history. The Service is intended for personal, informational use only.
The outputs produced by Homebrew — including symptom summaries, possible conditions, urgency indicators, and health reports — are generated by AI models and are provided for informational purposes only. While Homebrew may offer AI-generated suggestions about possible conditions, these are informational estimates, not clinical diagnoses. They are based solely on the information you provide and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated.
You acknowledge that:
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using Homebrew, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Homebrew offers a free tier (Herbalist) and a paid subscription tier (Apothecary). Paid subscriptions are processed via Stripe.

The Homebrew service, including its software, design, and brand, is our intellectual property. You retain ownership of the health data and content you input. You grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to provide the Service.

Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amounts you have paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time in Settings → Account.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email for material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
